1 General Terms

111vet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 111vet and its members. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

111vet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email address or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• 111vet employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in betting.

KYC Verification Process

To make a withdrawal under 111vet's Terms & Conditions, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The following documents are required for KYC:

• A recent utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months).
• Document proving ownership of the payment method.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Deposits are only accepted from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits made through third parties or anonymous sources are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed without KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours.
• Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of suspicious transactions or suspected money laundering.

4 Betting Rules

There are a few fundamental rules you need to follow when betting on 111vet. These rules apply equally to all members and compliance is mandatory.

Bet Placement Conditions

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account has insufficient balance.
• 111vet reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If match fixing or the use of insider information is established, all related bets and winnings will be voided.

Live Betting Rules

Odds change continuously during live betting. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is placed are considered final. 111vet accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to internet connectivity issues.

Event Cancellation & Postponement

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If a postponed event does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided.
• In an accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of 1.0.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

111vet's bonuses and promotional offers are designed to enhance the experience for our members. However, it's important to fully understand the relevant terms before claiming any offer.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers carry specific wagering requirements, typically between 5–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with bonus balance must generally have minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Every bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus offers are for personal use only. Family members in the same household may not each claim the same bonus separately.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify, and wagering requirements must be met.

6 Account Security & Password

You are primarily responsible for the security of your 111vet account. While we employ advanced security measures, it's equally important that you stay vigilant on your end.

• Always log out after using a public or shared computer.

• 111vet is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was made possible by your own negligence.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 111vet's Terms & Conditions. If any of these are detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Transactions involving money laundering or illegally obtained funds.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any other unfair technology.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate conduct.

8 Responsible Gaming

111vet believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. As part of our Terms and Conditions, we encourage all members to bet responsibly.

• Members can set their own personal deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature lets you block your account for a set period of time.
• The cooling-off period option allows you to take a temporary break from betting.

• Services becoming restricted due to legal or regulatory changes.

In any situation, 111vet's maximum liability is limited to the current balance of the account in question.

11 Account Closure & Termination

Either the member or 111vet may close an account at any time for any reason.

You can close your account at any time by sending a request to support@111vet.app. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

• In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Access from a prohibited country or region.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

12 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute with 111vet, please reach out to our customer support team first. We always aim to resolve issues in a friendly and amicable manner.

• To raise a dispute, write to support@111vet.app within 30 days of the incident.
• Our support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to independent mediation.
• In all disputes, 111vet's records and logs shall serve as the definitive evidence.
